Your mental health is your wealth. As a leader in your classroom and in your community, you are like the roots of a tree. If you are not taking care of yourself, specifically your mental health, the rest of the tree – AKA your students, families etc. will be effected. You cannot show up for others if you aren’t showing up for yourself. In this session you will learn the importance of taking care of your mental health, how it can improve both your physical and emotional health, how showing up for yourself helps you show up better for others and tactical tools to walk away with to start taking care of your health immediately. Don't starve your mental health, strengthen it.
