An ideal workshop for those working within a school community or in the field of mental health. The focus is for the participants to experientially engage in activities that promote social and emotional wellness that they can use within their school community. The goal of the workshop is through active engagement in the activities, participants will increase their personal well-being, while also learning practical strategies to use with their students and/or colleagues immediately.
