As a teacher you experience many circumstances, interact with a variety of people and face multiple demands in your professional role each and every day. You plan, teach, assess, mentor and show up daily to support your students, their parents and your colleagues.

In addition to your ‘work life’ you have personal commitments, needs and wants that you’d like to tend to. At times you put your wellness on the back burner and treat self care as a luxury. Thus feeling like you are letting down your family and yourself.

In this interactive session, Wellness Educator Joyce Sunada shares portions of her ‘burn out’ journey, what ‘not to do’ and strategies to be well. She will empower you to pause, reflect and explore how to take time for your wellness NOW despite the circumstances you maybe facing.
