Food literacy helps us connect to the food we eat, explore culture, navigate nutrition fads, and feel good about nourishing our bodies. It’s like a toolbox for healthy eating—one we use for life. Join AHS dietitians to generate ideas of how to incorporate food literacy in your classroom.
