All participants are welcome, come learn to sew intricate looking quilt blocks by using a simple method. This is a hands on activity where participants will use a sewing machine to create an intricate quilt block. A basic understanding of machine sewing would be encouraged as a pre-requisite. Participants will have the option to finish their block into a mug rug, placemat or wall hanging. An email transfer will be needed at carlygibson@hotmail.com. A variety of materials will be available for participants to choose from and all necessary supplies will be provided for from the course fee. There will be a $10 fee to cover fabric, thread, seam binding and other consumable supplies sent through email to carlygibson@hotmail.com. This session will be located at Lindsay Thurber High Schools in the fashions classroom at the SE corner of the school that faces the track.
