We honour the First Peoples who have lived here since time immemorial, and we give thanks for the land.

The new Physical Education and Wellness curriculum uses a comprehensive, strengths-based focus that develops the whole individual and nurtures students in pursuing a healthy and active life. Come explore the learning outcomes of the "Active Living" section of this curriculum as we participate in physical literacy-based activities. Be prepared to walk away with some ideas around planning and see the outcomes take shape while you gain a better understanding of this new curriculum.
