Have you despaired of ever overcoming bad habits? Been frustrated by broken New Year’s resolutions? Given up on trying to improve your lifestyle because nothing seems to work? In this session, former physician Magda Czegledi will guide you through the basics of forming and maintaining habits. Magda’s passion on this topic comes from personal experience – it was through implementing and persisting in healthy lifestyle strategies that she overcame chronic, severe, treatment-resistant depression. Following a complete recovery, she has spent the last ten years as a mental wellness educator and small group peer facilitator, helping hundreds of people discover the life-changing power of healthy habits.
