In this workshop, you will review and complete a project that can help your students to explore their emotions and reduce their anxiety through creative expression. This meditative and calming activity can contribute to enhancing self-esteem. Excellent for teachers of grades 3-12. The level of difficulty can be adjusted according to the grade level taught. You will leave the workshop with a completed piece of art and links to a PowerPoint presentation and a video for your classroom. All supplies will be provided by the instructor at the workshop for a fee of $5. The registration fee is to be sent at the following email transfer address: orzelski@ualberta.ca
