Come for the joy and beauty, stay for the mathematics!!We will start with math on Mars, move to the spooky Recaman spiral, and continue down the spiral of fun mathematics. We will be working on what Gord Hamilton calls "Infinity Puzzles". These puzzles have low floors and high ceilings. Can engage Gr. 1 students and still puzzle high school students. Be ready to see the beauty and joy of mathematics! Whether you teach Grade 1 or Grade 12, there will be something that you can bring to your students the very next day! Even spice up your date night with some mathematics!!
