Feedback form is now closed.
Self-care is essential for managing stress, enjoying relationships, and being our best selves (or even just our okay selves! :) This session will look at self-care in new ways and help us see why self-care isn’t just pedicures & fancy coffee and definitely isn’t selfish (let that guilt go!). Participants will learn the why and how to self-care, and get back to the basics of feeling good and able to take on life’s challenges.

THERE WILL BE A POST-CONVENTION VIDEO FOR THIS SESSION UNTIL MAY 30TH.
