I am a Public Health Dietitian with Alberta Health Services. I work with community members to support healthy eating environments within the community, such as schools, childcares, recreation centres, and workplaces; covering the areas of Red Deer, Lacombe and Blackfalds including the Wolf Creek School Division. I have two young boys and am passionate about raising intuitive eaters who respect their bodies and have the food literacy to nourish it.
